  • freelancers, firms or professional associations appointed to defend us and/or protect our interests, including in pre-litigation or proceedings of any nature;
  • judicial authorities, subjects or entities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the competent Authorities.

Where is your data located?

Within the European Union, we may transfer data collected through the Platform in order to comply with legal, regulatory or European law obligations.
